All our prices are VAT included, only customers based outside the European Union can buy without tax, they will have to pay the import duties and taxes in force in their country. RETURNS

Please send us an email to [email protected] for confirmation and agreement before returning your order, be sure to attach the invoice.

We accept exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase.

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, with no stains, damage, odors or any conditions that would prevent it from being sold as new. The original label and packaging must also be present.

Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs, including import duties and taxes in some cases. MILK srl will not assume any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of any package lost or damaged during the return.
