SHIPPING - RETURN 

Packages are sent by MILK to the address provided by the customer, at the risk and peril of the latter.
The delivery times indicated when ordering are purely indicative. Their non-compliance could in no way justify a claim for damages from the customer, nor a cancellation of the order.

Before returning his item, the customer is required to contact MILK to obtain confirmation and the return agreement, it is mandatory to attach the invoice.

All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in exceptional circumstances (eg if Milk sends the wrong item by mistake). In this case, Milk will fully support the return, provided that the customer notifies MILK within 3 days of receipt of the initial package.

For hygienic reasons, socks, underwear & swimwear cannot be exchanged/returned.

Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days after receipt of returned items and are subject to contractor refund rules. Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the EU. Losses caused by currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
